A pre-authorization of 250$ on a valid credit card is required for the duration of the stay. The amount is returned to the card pending cleaning of the facilities and verification that no damages were done. We kindly ask all guests to respect the need of the rest of the other guests in the facilities and thus keep noise to a minimum when circulating on the property outside of the Banya area. The total or partial deposit may be kept in cases where severe noise disturbances are experienced.

While guests are free to consume food and beverage in any other areas of the Banya facilities, drinks and food are STRICTLY forbidden in the steam room and shower room. This includes food items such as honey or flour used as body scrubs or treatments. Store-bought body scrubs and/or treatments may be used in the shower facilities, but absolutely no foodstuff may be used in either the sauna or shower rooms.

Smoking is STRICLY prohibited in all areas except the smoking room.
